Marquette County Historical Society
If you visit on a Wednesday afternoon, be sure to visit the Marquette County Historical Society. They are open from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. or the second and fourth Saturdays during June – by appointment (608) 296-4700 or from the website. They have two murals on the Kerst Exhibit Building.

Montello Historic Preservation Society
The Montello Historic Preservation Society has two murals on the outside of the building, one inside and a beautiful painted stage curtain. They have revolving exhibits open during the summer months.
